The Show
15 & 16 FEB 2020 | Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore
All Adult and Child tickets can be purchased through the SISTIC website, SISTIC app, SISTIC hotline +65 6348 5555 or through SISTIC authorised agents. Group Packages can only be purchased via the SISTIC website, SISTIC app or SISTIC hotline.
Public Day Tickets allow visitors admission to the exhibition hall, the Static Aircraft Display Area (SADA), and viewing of the aerobatic flying displays during official show opening hours on Public Days (15 or 16 Feb) only.
Public Day Tickets also come with complimentary 2-way Airshow Shuttle transfers between Singapore EXPO and Changi Exhibition Centre. More information on the Airshow Shuttle can be found here.

A Group Package entitles you to admission tickets for 4 persons (any combination of Adult and/or Child tickets) and a Car Park Label for access to the show site during the Public Days.

No. Please note that tickets will not be available for sale or collection at Changi Exhibition Centre or Singapore EXPO.
E-Tickets
Upon purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with your SISTIC E-Ticket/s.
Please bring along the soft copy on your mobile device and/or the physical hard copy of the confirmation email containing the bar code ready for scanning.
Tickets will be scanned at Singapore Expo Hall 7, where visitors can board the complimentary airshow shuttle thereafter. Tickets will also be scanned at the Singapore Airshow Registration Gateway at Changi Exhibition Centre for those driving to the show site.
Physical Tickets
Upon purchase, physical tickets can be collected at any SISTIC authorized agents. Collections must be made by 2nd February 2020. Please take into consideration the operating hours of the various SISTIC collection locations. Refer to https://www.sistic.com.sg/agents for list of agents.
Please bring along your tickets and take note of the important information to visitors.
Tickets will be scanned at the Singapore Airshow Registration Gateway at Changi Exhibition Centre, as well as at Singapore Expo Hall 7, where visitors can board the complimentary airshow shuttle thereafter.
Group Package Collection
Group packages will only be delivered to the purchaser via registered mail. For purchases made after 2nd February 2020, collection can only be made at SISTIC Main Office (Singapore Post Centre) and must be collected at least one day before the event. Please take into consideration the SISTIC Main Office operating hours.
Overseas Visitors can purchase their e-Tickets online. Group packages may be collected at the SISTIC Main Office (Singapore Post Centre) at least one day before the event. Please take into consideration the SISTIC Main Office operating hours.

No. Guests are strongly encouraged to collect their tickets/group packages prior to the above stated dates or purchase e-Tickets.
There will be no replacement for loss of tickets.
No, re-admission is not allowed on Public Days.
Yes, children aged 3 – 12 years old require a ticket to attend the Singapore Airshow 2020. However, children below 3 years of age may enter for free.
Yes. However, we do not recommend the event to very young children due to the generally hot weather and high sound levels during the flying display.
No, pets are not allowed into the show, except for Licensed Guide Dogs.
The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated right beside the main exhibition hall.
The line-up of aircraft on static display will be published progressively. Please check back for the static aircraft listing.
The Aerobatic Flying Display timings on public day will be made available at a later date. Please check the website for the latest update.
The best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays is at the Plaza, the open outdoor area in front of the exhibition hall. There is also a grandstand at the Plaza for visitors. However, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
Yes, the Airshow site will be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays. Visitors are advised to bring along ear plugs. Due to the noise level, we do not recommend the event to very young children due to the generally hot weather and high sound levels during the flying display.
No. There will be no booking of seats available for the show. Do take note that this applies for elderly, pregnant ladies and other members of the public with special needs.

All visitors are encouraged to take the shuttle service provided between Singapore EXPO Hall 7 and Changi Exhibition Centre.
Please note that only visitors with a valid car park label will be allowed to enter the show site and park at the car park. Public Days car park label can only be purchased together with a Group Package from SISTIC. Click here to find out more about Group Package.
Visitors can alight at the designated pick-up/drop-off taxi bay at the show site. Please note that a location surcharge of S$12 will be applicable if you are taking a taxi from the event venue.
No, it is not allowed due to the lack of holding area for such vehicles, and high traffic volume expected during the event.
Yes, shuttle bus services between Singapore Expo and the event site are available for public visitors. Complimentary 2-way shuttle bus transfers are inclusive in each Public Day ticket purchase from SISTIC. More information on the Airshow Shuttle is available here.
No, there will be no shuttle bus services from the town area or from any of the hotels in town during Public Days.
Yes. One-way transfer from CEC to Singapore Expo is available at S$10 per person. Payment will be collected at the Airshow Shuttle Boarding Point located near the Registration Gateway. More information on the Airshow Shuttle can be found here.
The Airshow Shuttle will be available at Singapore Expo, Hall 7. When you exit from the MRT gantry, turn left and follow our Singapore Airshow banners and signs.
Yes. Wheelchair Accessible Buses (WAB) will be available. Please make it known to our ground staff if you require a WAB and they will assist you.
Due to the limited number of parking spaces available at Changi Exhibition Centre, only vehicles displaying the official parking label for the designated day of use will be allowed access to Changi Exhibition Centre. If it is essential for you to drive, please purchase the group package which includes the cost of a parking label that entitles the holder to full day parking on the designated public day (15 or 16 February 2020).
Only vehicles displaying the official carpark label will be allowed access to Changi Exhibition Centre. We would advise dropping your guests off at the Singapore EXPO where they can transfer to the complimentary shuttle to Changi Exhibition Centre.
Yes, car park labels are required for all vehicles (including car, motorbike and coach) to enter Changi Exhibition Centre, regardless of the length of time the vehicle will be parked there.
Public Day carpark labels are only available as part of the Group Package, comprising of 4 tickets + 1 car label. Group Package can be purchased via SISTIC.
Yes, there will be a variety of F&B outlets located within the hall as well as near the static aircraft display area.
Yes. However, visitors are reminded to dispose their trash in the garbage bins provided on-site. Let’s keep the Singapore Airshow clean.
Yes, there is only one (1) Halal certified food stall, (8) Halal Food Truck. Visitors are advised to inquire with F&B vendors prior to purchase if their items contain pork or lard.
Yes. There are vegan and vegetarian food options available at selected stalls. Do inquire with the F&B vendor prior to purchase.
The nearest food centre is located at Changi Village which is 15 minutes away by taxi and 1 hour by foot from the Changi Exhibition Centre.
The function rooms are located near the front of the exhibition hall and are open for booking by exhibitors.

Yes, there are Corporate Hospitality Desk available for exhibitor bookings. They are conveniently located within the Registration Gateway.

Yes, there is an Exhibitors Club lounge for exhibitors to use. Each exhibitor can invite up to 2 guests to the Exhibitors Club lounge.
Please note that access to the lounge is strictly upon presentation of the Exhibitors Club card. Each exhibiting company will be issued with an Exhibitors Club card.
The Internet Centre, located within the exhibition hall, offers well-equipped multi-station internet connection where guests can check email and access the internet on a complimentary basis throughout the day. There are also several Wi-Fi hotspots available within the exhibition hall where visitors may enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the day.

No. All mobility devices such as Bicycles, Electronic scooters, skateboards are not allowed to be used or to enter into Changi Exhibition Centre.
